I was a part of 3 College Football National Championship teams (one as a Player & two as a Coach), so I lived it and I know first-hand what it is!
The Mindset of a Champion is intense & focused preparation, physically and mentally, for the goal. It’s not getting caught up in the little successes along the way, but the understanding that it is just another successful step on the journey to the goal. It is setting expectations much higher than the average athlete or coach on a daily basis! It is the ability to not allow those who don’t aspire to be a Champion to compromise your goals, focus & expectations. Proper nutrition, strength training & stretching are critical components of this Mindset.

They under-performed for various reasons, but I feel one of the bigger reasons is because they DID NOT understand THE POWER of the MINDSET of a CHAMPION. Today, I believe that those individuals move forward in life with unnecessary REGRETS.
