Philosophy of Christian Counseling
"By blending clinical expertise with Biblical principles, I offer an integrative approach that honor's each client's faith journey. I am passionate about creating a safe, grace-filled space where clients can experience healing, restoration, hope, and personal growth through both psychological insight and spiritual truth. Wherever the Lord has you, I pray He continually conforms you to His image, comforts you with His eternal comfort, and brings life and light into the hard, confusing, or disappointing parts of your story. I believe God meets us in the midst of our struggles, not after we've overcome them. Therapy is a sacred space where we can be honest about our wounds and open to God's transforming grace."
"God is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit." Psalms 34:18

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, DBT, attachment theory, and trauma informed care to create holistic evidence-based support and treatment plans tailored to your unique needs.
"I'm passionate about bridging the gaps of psychology, faith, and neuroscience because they all play a part in our overall wellness. I help my clients find freedom from the shackles of trauma, codependency, anxiety, depression, aging, relationship discord, grief/loss, and addiction so they can discover authentic wholeness, connection, resilience, and purpose beyond their pain. I meet you on a deep spiritual level to help you heal in relationship with God, and I walk alongside you to face the inescapable burdens that come with this broken world. Let's unveil the renewed self that you are called to be. If you are seeking a mental health professional who is also a practicing follower of Christ, I invite you to reach out.
