"I have served in the pastoral ministry over many years, during which time I have counseled single adults, engaged and married couples, parents, young people, and senior adults needing emotional and spiritual healing in their lives and families. God has wired me as a 'heart to heart' guy who loves to hear people’s stories and be used by Him to help them find guidance to navigate through their life challenges."
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” - Jeremiah 29:11
Philosophy of Christian Counseling:
My desire is to be used by God to come alongside those
who are hurting emotionally and/or spiritually to encourage
and guide them toward our heavenly Father who can heal
our wounds. I pray for my clients and seek to encourage
them in finding the answers to the challenges they face.
I believe the Bible is the best counselor’s manual which
can be applied in practical ways in our lives."

"As devout Christians, understanding that the Lord wants to bless and flourish marriages, my husband and I were frustrated and confused as to why our marriage had reached a stand-still. We were stagnant on a negative plateau that had consisted of years of bad circumstances, habits, and unnecessary fighting. I am grateful that Life Coaching & Counseling offers sound biblical guidance because our almighty, omniscient God created us to function within a certain marital realm. If we lose sight of that we are bound to fail. Therapist Mark Wesner was a patient listener and offered a warm ear, great analogies, and practical homework. I praise God that He still performs miracles and reveals them when we are willing to seek Him and ready to listen." - BCM
"I enjoyed the time in my sessions with therapist Mark Wesner immensely. He was very kind and helpful. My life is still far from perfect, but it is on better footing now that I have been in counseling with Mark. He has a way of listening that made me feel comfortable and he always seemed to have the right thing to say. The most important thing I gained from him was his helping me see I wasn’t putting God first in my life. I know I still have a long way to go in order for me to heal my broken heart, but God used Mark to put me on the right path. Thank you so much."
