Rusty has a wealth of Athletic and Business successes and experiences that perfectly position him to provide Business and Athletic Life Coaching.

He received both his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and his Master’s Degree in

Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Findlay and was part of three collegiate Football

National Championships, one as a player and two as a coach.  Through those experiences, he created

“The Mindset of a Champion,” a powerful concept which he now teaches to athletes as well as to businesses.

Rusty is also the father of a Division 1 college scholarship

golfer who graduated recently, began his professional 

golf career, and has already secured his first professional

tournament win.

Rusty has significant experience coaching high school and

youth sports.  He also provides motivational talks to sports

teams.

​

Having been in sales, leadership and consulting positions for companies ranging from those with revenue of

$10M to start-up companies, Rusty can provide you, the business owner, an executive, and your entire staff with
